Dr. Tsutomu Takeuchi is President of Saitama Medical University in Saitama, and Emeritus Professor of Keio University in Tokyo, Japan. He serves as the specially appointed professor for Department of Rheumatology and Applied Immunology/Clinical Immunology, Saitama Medical University.
After completing his medical education at Keio University School of Medicine, Dr. Takeuchi was awarded clinical and research fellowships in the Division of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology at Keio University School of Medicine.
