  • Anna Clark

  • Dr Clark is the Editor-in-Chief of The Lancet Rheumatology, an internationally trusted source of clinical, public health, and global health knowledge within rheumatology. She obtained a PhD in neuroscience from King’s College London (UK) where she examined neuroimmune components to persistent pain. Dr Clark was a post-doctoral research fellow at both King's College London and the Medical University of Vienna (Austria), studying mechanism of persistent pain. She commenced her editorial career in 2015 and joined The Lancet Rheumatology's launch team as Deputy Editor in 2019, before becoming Editor-in-Chief in July 2023.
